He wanted to research on archetypes and primitive images in The Awakening. He tried to stable those primitive images and collective consciousness passed down generation by generation, it#8217;s about the soul and the origin of humanity. And he tried to explain to us the relationships among the rebirth, individuation, archetype, primitive mythology in The Awakening. Of course the imaging shaping in the book, he had been analyzed them partly. At abroad, some people have been analyzed the novel from symbolism, feminism and other themes. For instance, Lazar Ziff.
